This Rosé is made from our estate grown Syrah in Dublin, Texas and has a very balanced approach (not so dry and not so sweet) but enough sweetness to mellow out the acidity and soften as it hits the palate.  The nose is one that can only invigorate you much like the first weeks of spring bloom can and the finish just keeps you wanting to come back for more.  We just know you are going to love Viola!  Jeff had a grandmother named Viola and Kimberly had a grandmother named Violet, subsequently their daughter Emmalynn has also been blessed to have been given Violet as her second name.
